Previously I was using ON 100% Whey Gold Standard - Double Rich Chocolate flavour. It tasted like diluted Milo and left a strange after-taste in my mouth. It wasn't the nicest drink but it wasn't that bad that I had to throw the entire tub away, but I admit that sometimes I gave myself excuse to skip it.

So when I finally finished it, I decided to change to another flavour. I chose Tropical Punch. It tastes so much better! It's fruity and sweet and it doesn't leave a weird after-taste. I actually look forward to drinking it every morning.

I get a headache almost immediately just looking at the homepage. I can't even begin to read the content in between all the scrolling marquees. Oh and the music... I gave up to nurse my headache.

I know Renault F1 Team isn't doing as well as expected at the moment and Alonso is no longer with them. They also didn't do quite well in qualifying yesterday. But that didn't stop me from drooling all around the F1 car at VivoCity today. My, oh my. What a sight. What a beauty.
