No traffic rules for police cars?
What does one do when one gets stuck behind a lane-hogging police car travelling on the extreme right lane of the expressway? Will I get arrested if I flash it with the head lights or honk it? Don’t the usual traffic rules apply to police cars who are obviously not responding to any crime? Jesus.
