What a great article. I spend hours on the internet reading blogs, about tons of different subjects. I have to first of all give kudos to whoever created your theme and second of all to you for writing what i can only describe as an amazing post. I honestly believe there is a skill to writing articles that only a few posses and frankly you have it. The combination of informative and quality content is definitely extremely rare with the large amount of blogs on the internet.

In response to: Another fine example of stupid decision made by people sitting high up in the ivory tower

This whole incident smacks of high-handedness, dictatorship, insensitivity and downright uncouthness, in the way it has been handled. She is obviously barging through the STTA like a hotheaded idiot who shoots from the hip and thinks she knows it all. If she thinks she's doing the right thing for the athletes, then she's completely deluded and doesn't know what irreparable damage has been done. She should know when to shut the f**k up!!!

Thats it! Once Lee Bee Wah step in, the whole effort will go
down the drain. Is she trying to get free cheap publicity ??
As an MP, whatever issue arise, it should be done in close door.
Displaying your own dirty laundry, shows why she needs to step down
immediately rather than the coach.

Rachel - actually, you can try your luck on Clubsnap forum - http://www.clubsnap.com/forums/. I had seen a few people trying to sell them off at a reasonable price. The Canonet QL GIII is tougher to find locally, but not the GSN.

@nat - better make sure your cash card got at least $50 before you start your car.

@ralph - I agree with you. I thought the whole idea of issuing COE is to reduce the no. of cars on the road. Now everyone has a car but no where to go. Let's go back to the days where everyone rides a bicycle to everywhere.

haha. if they really want to reduce the number of cars on the road, they should really improve on the public transport system. putting more erp gantries is a myopic approach that wouldn't solve the problem at all. i don't think it serves any purpose eventually. unless my thought on them wanting to reduce the number of vehicles on the road is wrong. maybe a different agenda.
